Country Hearth Inn & Suites Cartersville

I didn't stay long, but my experience was quite troubling. The room I had reeked of a disturbing mix of bleach and weed, which made it really uncomfortable. To add to that, the toilet seemed loose, and the pool was full of dead bugs. I understand that things happen, but it was enough for me to bail and get a refund.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, climate control, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven. Exceptional and great staff that liked their guests.

Very, very nice and exceptional staff in the whole hotel. The king room was decent with 2 beds, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. A lot of supplies in the room: climate control, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven.

Room cleanliness was disappointing, towels were inadequate.

Nothing. I travel extensively. I can pretty much stay just about anywhere. This establishment is horrific! Truth be told, if this was in any major city in the US it would be a condemned property.

Nothing. It should be noted that the young women assisting at the front desk was extremely helpful and did everything she could to be friendly courteous and professional.

Location off I-75 was fine.

Room was close to pool and there were a number of young guests creating a less than quiet environment. OJ in the morning was light orange water.

Comfortable beds, but the room felt dirty with old soap and a messy microwave.

Torn curtains smelly room burnt my nose dirty old blankets with cigarette holes in them. Toilet and bathtub dirty. Husband got bit by some kind of bug catnapped for a few hours and got the H out of there!

Booked.net listed property as Country Hearth Inns and Suites, so I thought this was a different place. Drain flies in the room. Staff offered another room, but it was the same. Saw house flies in the windows of other rooms. Rowdy groups staying. We stayed 2 nights and one day there was a bus from a correctional facility and a BIG group of people out and around. Felt uncomfortable and unsafe. Heard gunshots and fighting in the parking lot that night.

The indoor pool was such a hit with my little ones! The staff at the front desk were friendly and made check-in easy, always a plus when traveling with kids. Our room had a nice fridge, which helped us keep snacks handy.

For dads, it would be great to have some sort of breakfast available.

We reserved a room online. Our phone died and did not have a booking number. While trying to charge our phone and look up info online, they gave away all the rooms except for 2--1 of which we were told we didn't want. The remaining room was disgusting. Not vacuumed and stunk. Not sure sheets had even been laundered. They gave us one pillow in the room with 2 double beds. 2.5 is too high for this hotel but the system won't let me rank it any lower.

good value The young woman at the desk was the epitome of great service.

The ad said that a hair dryer was provided. I had to ask for one and it took a while to locate one for me.

Non smoking room smelled like smoke...tv very difficult to turn on...about 4 steps to turn on...too many people just living there
